Credit Cards accepted are American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Credit cards are
processed through the Creative Center for Childhood Research & Training and will appear on credit
card statement as: CCCRT.

The One Goal Planning Committee is committed to making the 2021 One Goal: Building The
Future Together “Putting Families And Children First” Summer Conference a safe event with
your health amd safey our top priority. We will follow recommended federal, state, and local health and safety
guidelines at the Conference, which will include: wearing a mask, physically distancing, hand
sanitizing, etc. By registering for the Conference, you acknowledge that you wish to attend the
One Goal Summer Conference and accept the risks and assume the responsibility for your
attendance at the Conference.

After July 14, register on-site.
We are unable to accept registrations without check, money order, credit card or purchase order.

Cancellations must be received in our office by July 15, 2021. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this
date or for "no shows." Substitutes are welcome. Please email Frankie Allen, Conference Coordinator, to cancel or substitute a

CEUs will be available.
Western Kentucky University Training & Technical Assistance Services will be providing Continuing
Education Units for early childhood professionals attending the Conference for CDA Renewal
requirements, Director Credential Renewal requirements, etc. There is an additional cost. CEU
Verification forms will be available on-site. You must attend the entire Conference to participate.
