Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservations. The nightly conference rates are $209 Single/Double, $229 Triple $249 Quad (tax not included). Rates are available from July 5-10, 2026. Conference rates will be available until our room block sells out or June 19, 2026. Make your reservations early to guarantee availability and conference rates. Hotel will accept a credit card to hold your room. If you are prepaying with a check, please allow a 2-week processing time. If you and your organization/school are paying for more than one (1) attendee with a check, you must send the pre-payment to the hotel with the names of each individual two weeks prior to arrival.
Tax Exempt Organizations:
All persons attending the Conference representing an exempt governmental or non-profit organization must fill out and sign the
Exempt Organization's Attestation of Direct Billing, State of Florida form
(click on link to download form). Each individual must present this form at time of check-in at the hotel.
Directions to the Hotel:
From I-275 S take Downtown Exit 45A. Stay right on the ramp as the road forks. Follow the sign for
Ashley Street and then follow the signs to Tampa Street. Merge onto Tampa Street (One-way street).
Hotel will be 8 blocks on the left side, so get into the left lane. Hotel is located on the SE corner of Tampa and Jackson Streets.
Parking:
Participants are responsible for parking. The Hilton Tampa Downtown is offering a special parking garage rate of $5.00 off valet
parking per vehicle, per night, based on availability, to hotel guests who are attending the conference. A public parking garage
(Fort Brooke) is located adjacent to the hotel on Whiting Street.
Hotel Airport Shuttle:
